1. Salt spray test

Test method: Put the sample in a NaCl salt spray test box with a concentration of 5% and a temperature of (35±2) ℃, spray and let it stand for 48 hours, take out the sample and clean the surface salt layer with clean water, and judge by visual inspection.

Standard: There is no obvious rust, rust spots and other phenomena on the surface of the sample.

2. Load test (grill)

Test method: place the grill horizontally on a stable water platform, and apply a static load of 10kg to the center of the pot rack for 5 minutes before visual judgment.

Standard: The grill must not be deformed or damaged.

3. Acid resistance/grade

Requirements: Complete the acid resistance test, and the acid resistance is above B.

4. Low temperature test

Method: Put the sample in a low temperature box with a temperature of (-6±2) ℃, place it for 2 hours, take it out and test it.

Standard: Explosion of fish scales, de-porcelain, cracking and other phenomena are not allowed.

5. Heat resistance

Method: Place the sample in a high temperature box with a temperature of (300±10) °C for 30min, take it out and test it

Standard: Permanent deformation, discoloration, bubbles, cracks, and de-porosity are not allowed.
