(1) Poor adhesion:
After the adhesion test, if the metal is exposed in a light spot or block, or the adhesion does not meet the standard, the reasons may be the following: 1. Excessive pickling of the cold-rolled slab; 2. The baking temperature during surface treatment is too high 3. The ground coat is too thin, and the firing furnace temperature is too low or too high, resulting in the ground coat burning, burning or boiling.
Solution: The iron billet should be properly pickled; the baking temperature should not be too high; the ground coat melting and enameling process should be correctly mastered.
(2) Poor acid resistance:
The acid resistance of enamel products is poor and does not meet the standard. The reasons may be 1. The enamel cover coat is too raw; 2. The enamel additive is too much; 3. The cover coat is insufficiently fired.
Solution: The melting of the enamel cover coat should be sufficient; the enamel addition should not be excessive; the cover coat should not be burned.
(3) Poor impact resistance
The impact resistance of enamel products does not meet the standard, the reasons may be: 1. The strength of the enamel iron billet is not enough; 2. Too much enamel, too thick enamel on the bottom, and insufficient firing; 3. Insufficient melting of the cover coat.
Solution: Improve the shape of the bottom of the iron billet and increase the mechanical strength of the bottom; the amount of enamel should be appropriate, the bottom should not be coated too thick, and the firing should be transparent; the melting of the enamel cover coat should be sufficient.
(4) Poor thermal shock resistance
The heat resistance and sudden change performance does not meet the manufacturer's standard. It may be that the cover coat layer is too thick and the firing is insufficient. It is necessary to pay attention to the method of coating and control the degree of firing.
