1, Cylinder

The enamel cylinder is a container for enamel glaze slurry. Usually, the cylinder mouth is equipped with a cylinder circumference (commonly known as the cylinder cover) to prevent the glaze slurry from scattering, which is fan-shaped. The circumference is about 2/3 of the circumference of the cylinder mouth. There is a support at the bottom of the cylinder, and the volume of the cylinder is generally 60~80 liters, which can be customized according to the conditions of each factory. The lining material is generally made of galvanized or bottom enamel thin steel plate.

2, Enameling tongs

Enameling tongs are a special tool for holding products for enameling. The main requirements are: firstly, it should be clamped firmly; secondly, the contact should be small and not hurt the blank; thirdly, the rod should be thin and have sufficient strength.

The form of boring pliers can be generally classified into three types: three-tooth type, four-tooth type and knife-edge type.

Three-tooth tongs: mainly used for small products, which are characterized by light, fast and stable. Four-foot tongs are generally used for large or deep products, and their characteristics are that the tongs are not easy to fall off when rotating. Knife-edge pliers are suitable for enamelling rice bowls with feet, and are characterized by easy operation and easy bottom turning.

3, Baking tongs

The drying tongs are used to transfer the enamel products coated with the glaze slurry to the holding tools on the drying rack.

4, Drying rack

The drying rack is a supporting tool when the enameled glaze products are dried. The support points are generally selected at the edge and bottom of the product, and single and double pieces are commonly used.
