Various enamelling process systems currently exist. This paper presents the advantages and disadvantages of each process method and the impact on the environment, and discusses the basis for selecting the most effective enamelling system for actual production.
In the mid-1970s, most enamel actions were applied directly to pickled steel using a wet-grind enamel slurry. Since the early 1980s, many new techniques have been developed on the basis of the traditional two-enamel and two-fire enamelling techniques. The understanding and mastery of these enamel process systems will not only help to select effective enamel systems in actual production, but also have a positive impact on the protection of the ecological environment, while saving energy, improving efficiency, and promoting productivity.

Today we mainly introduce the wet grinding and enamelling system for pickling steel plates
In the late 1970s, large-scale pickling devices required for chemical treatment of steel plates before enamel were often used. This pickling process is either of the immersion or spray type. The immersion pickling system consumes a lot of energy and creates a hot working environment, and the pickling process requires a cycle time of 1~2h. The process of the spraying system is the same as that of pickling, except that the parts are suspended on the input machine, and when the carried parts pass through the sprayed chemical reagents, a pre-chemically treated steel surface similar to that of the pickling system is obtained. Using this pickling process, all enamel frits must be wet ground and applied to the steel plate by dipping or spraying.
Then dry and bake. This process mainly requires the following steps:
Pickling Parts, Wet Grinding Slurry, Enameling, Drying, Firing.
Advantages and disadvantages: This process is labor-intensive, the pretreatment process is complicated, and the environmental pollution is serious.
