Powder spraying blockage

The small head is blocked by granular and other sundries

Powder spray foggy

Needle deflection

1. The backing of the front and rear packing screws, the hole diameter is not correct; 2. The needle is deformed; 3. The accuracy of the spray gun parts is poor

1. Change the liner and correct the hole diameter of the front and rear packing screws; 2. Hammer straight or replace; 3. Check, repair or replace

Powder leakage

1. The needle is short; 2. The backing of the front packing screw and the needle are poorly closed

Jumping powder

1. The enamel slurry is too thick; 2. The packing screw is not tightened or the liner is damaged; 3. The hexagonal screw is not tightened or the liner is damaged; 4. The small head is not tightened; 5. The small hole on the powder tank is blocked

1. Adjust the concentration with water; 2. Tighten the packing screw or liner; 3. Tighten the hexagonal screw or liner; 4. Tighten the small head; 5. Make the small hole on the powder tank unblocked.

Slow powder output

1. The enamel slurry is too thick; 2. The air path is blocked and the air pressure is small; 3. The wrench telescopic distance is short; 4. The needle is too long;

1. Adjust the concentration with water; 2. Remove sundries and unblock the air path; 3. Add a gasket between the needle shell and the square core to extend the wrench’s moving distance; 4. Adjust the needle screw to make the length appropriate; 5. Change the size chief

Needle retraction is not effective

1. There are too many gaskets on the packing screws, and the screws are too tight; 2. The spring elasticity is insufficient

1. Replace the gasket or loosen the packing screws; 2. Replace the spring

The wrench (needle) is fastened

1. The gap between the large spring and the needle shell is too small; 2. The backing of the front packing screw has been used for a long time and there is powder accumulation or the packing screw is too tight

1. Increase the position of the spring or replace the spring; 2. Change the gasket or loosen the packing screws

Air return

1. The gasket of the packing screw has been used for too long and the gap is large; 2. The gasket of the hexagonal screw is damaged; 3. The needle shell screw is not tightened

1. Replace the liner; 2. Replace the liner of the hexagon screw; 3. Tighten the needle shell screw

Air leakage

1. The needle is too long; 2. There is no gap between the square core and the front packing screw; 3. The rear packing screw gasket has been used for too long and the seal is not tight

1. Adjust the needle screw to make the needle length appropriate; 2. Shorten the contact between the square core and the needle shell; 3. Replace the pad
