Modern enamel is more applied to industry and public areas. The enamel frit is a material used to coat metal substrates, and is fired at high temperature to make real enamel products. As a manufacturer of enamel frits for more than 20 years, today I will briefly introduce the types of enamel frits.

There are various types of enamel frits. According to the glazing process, they can be divided into enamel ground coats, enamel cover coats, enamel ground coats, and primary enamel frits. According to the metal substrate, they can be divided into cast iron enamel frits, steel plate enamel frits, aluminum Enamel frit, stainless steel enamel frit, etc., can be divided into acid-resistant enamel frits, explosion-proof enamel frits, etc. according to the function of the enamel frits, and pearlescent enamel frits, colored titanium cover coat, etc. according to the enamel decoration.

Ground coat: It is divided into ground coat of antimony molybdenum enamel frits, nickel ground coat, cobalt ground coat, cobalt nickel enamel frits and high, medium and low temperature enamel frits, primary enamel ground coat, matte, high gloss enamel frits, stainless steel ground coat, cast iron ground coat, etc.

Cover coat: antimony white cover coat, titanium white cover coat, zirconium white cover coat, colored cover coat, matte cover coat, mirror cover coat, pearlescent cover coat, etc.

Ground coat: titanium ground coat, transparent ground coat, pearlescent ground coat, cast iron ground coat, etc.

Cast iron black frits are generally cobalt-nickel low-temperature enamel frits (about 780°C), which can be directly painted on the embryo body to obtain a good black porcelain. The cast iron colored cover coat is probably made by blending the ground coat and pigment.
