In mid-June, Nolifrit carried out the "Enamel Metal Pretreatment" knowledge lecture. This is the third internal lecture attended by all employees this year after the "Enamel Coloring Matching Lecture" and "KOR Working Method Skills Training Lecture", which is organized and delivered by staff.

The lecturer of this lecture is Mr. Shi, an engineer of Nolifrit R&D Center, who has been engaged in the enamel industry for decades, and has rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience. From now on, the enamel factory has given a detailed introduction to several common methods of pretreatment of enamel metal, including: degreasing, sanding, burning oil, etc., and clearly explain the types of enamel products applicable to various methods, the technological process of the method and various parameters. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are analyzed and summarized: ① The advantages of the degreasing process are that the workpiece is cleaned and the production capacity is large. The disadvantages are that the water environment pollution is relatively large, and the site and workshop occupy a relatively large area. Coastal cities are prohibited from using this process; burning oil The disadvantages of the process are high power consumption and energy consumption, the surface is not very clean, and there are small defects in the enamel products; dipping the iron billets after pickling and water washing into the nickel sulfate solution of PH3-4 to make the iron billets The surface is covered with a uniform nickel film to enhance the adhesion between the iron billet and the enamel during firing. This process is rarely used now. Most factories use cobalt-nickel ground coat, and few use antimony-molybdenum enamel. There is also this The process is extremely demanding.
