3. Enameling process

4. Installation process

The installation of the enamel plate adopts the method of dry hanging on the keel, and the finished enamel steel plate is hung and fixed on the keel from bottom to top, and the construction is simple.

Installation process: Stake out and draw lines → fix the installation parts → install the keel → adjust the keel system → install the keel cover → damping rubber → buckle and hang the enamel steel plate from the bottom up → fine-tune and correct → remove the film → clean.

Installation adjustment: After the fixing part is connected with the wallboard, if the distance between the keels is installed deviation, the left and right adjustment can be carried out. After the dragon skeleton is connected with the fixed wall corner code, the distance from the wall can be adjusted forward and backward.

The use of enamel board does not allow sharp objects to impact or depict. It is not allowed to use blunt objects to hit, knock, or other extraordinary damages. Neutral detergents are used for cleaning of enamel plates, and corrosive chemicals are not allowed. When cleaning, use a soft cloth or a soft brush, and do not use metal products or other hard products. The enamel board can also be cleaned with a mechanical cleaning vehicle.
