The prepared test sample (DEZ-MB3.8) is placed in the corresponding test instrument (refer to DIN-ISO2734) with the enamel surface facing inward, and then the test instrument is heated to the set temperature and filled with water, and the water capacity is greater than 320 ml. After the test time is specified, the water in the container is emptied, the sample is taken out and cleaned according to DEZ-MB3.8, and then the enamel plate is subjected to a pencil test according to the standard DIN-ISO2722.

The test device refers to DIN-ISO2734. If there is no special agreement for the test time, the test time is set at 48 hours. If there is no special agreement on the test temperature, the test temperature is set at 60°C. The test template is generally a set of two.

In the test report, the following data must be included: the type and attributes of the test sample, the location and date of the test, the determination of the test level, refer to the DIN-ISO2722 standard (Class AA to Class D), the time and temperature of the test.
