Recently, we received a request from an Indian customer: The stainless steel water tank heating tube they made always showed defects such as de-porcelain and fish scale, but it was not clear which process was the problem. After receiving the questions, Mr. Shi, a professional technician of Hunan Nuoli, developed a complete set of research and development processes in the R&D center from the batching, melting, enamel slurry preparation, enamelling, and firing of the enamel and glaze, and developed a set of in line with the customer. Customers are very satisfied with the samples requested.
The first step is the preparation of enamel frit. Because the heat pipe of the water tank needs water resistance, high temperature resistance, rapid temperature resistance and other requirements, we use Noli's unique industrial ground coat. (If the customer has special requirements, the product needs strong acid resistance, you can use industrial acid-resistant ground coat: black once Enamel frit), the enamel frit is pre-milled for acid-resistant pipes.
The second step is to paint. Because the components are small and simple in shape, technicians use hooks to lift the stainless steel blank vertically, and use the flow coating method to completely cover the surface of the stainless steel blank with the enamel slurry, which can make the porcelain layer uniform. After enamelling, hang the heating tube on the shelf and let the excess enamel slurry drip down before entering the drying process.
The third step is drying and firing. After the enameling is finished, put the heating tube into the electric heating blast drying box, and then put it into the box-type electric kiln for firing after it is air-dried. The temperature control system is set to 860°C and taken out after 4 minutes.
The fourth step is cooling. After the heat transfer tube is fired, it is in a hot state when it is just out of the furnace and needs to be cooled. Finally, repeat enameling, drying and firing (the temperature of the glaze firing is 840°C), and finally the finished product will be obtained after cooling. We can see that the surface of the water tank heating tube made by the technicians of Nolifrit is dense and smooth, and the enamel and the stainless steel matrix are closely combined, and the adhesion is excellent.
