1. Concentration determination of degreasing solution

1.10mL sample, drop 3 drops of phenolphthalein solution, shake and mix well, the solution will appear pink;

2 Take 1% H2SO4 test solution and slowly drop it into the beaker until the color of the phenolphthalein solution turns white;

3. The volume of the consumed H2SO4 test solution divided by 5 is the percentage of the total alkali content of the degreasing solution. ,

2. Determination of sulfuric acid concentration

1. Take a sample of 100 mL of the solution to be tested, cool it to room temperature, use a pipette to take 10 mL and place it in a 400 mL beaker, add 100 mL of distilled water, and add sulfuric acid concentration identification indicator, which is red at this time;

2. Dissolve 54g of anhydrous sodium carbonate (NaCO3) in 1000mL of pure water as the titration test solution;

3. Drop the titration test solution until the solution changes from red to orange;

4. At this time, the consumption of the titration test solution is the percentage of the sulfuric acid concentration of the sample solution, that is, nml NaOH(aq)=n% H2SO4.

three. Determination of Ferrous Sulfate Concentration

1. Use a straw to take 100mL of pickling solution and pour it into a 400mL beaker, add 200mL of distilled water, and then add 10mL of concentrated sulfuric acid. At this time, the color of the liquid in the beaker is white;

2. Dissolve 10.5g potassium permanganate (KMnO4) in 1000mL pure water as the titration test solution;

3. Drop the titration test solution until the solution turns from white to light pink;

4. At this time, every 1mL of the test solution titrated is equal to 0.5% of the iron content of the sample (nmL KMnO4(aq)=0.5n% Fe; 1% Fe is equivalent to 2.72% FeSO4.)

Fourth, the determination of the neutralization solution

1. Use a pipette to take 100mL of neutralization solution and pour it into a 400mL beaker;

2. Take 0.1g of methyl red and dissolve it in 100mL of ethanol as a neutralization indicator solution;

3. Put 3~5 drops in the beaker and stir evenly, at this time the color is orange;

4. Titrate with 0.5% hydrochloric acid until the solution turns from orange to red;

5. At this time, the consumption of the titration test solution is the percentage of the sodium oxide (Na2O) concentration of the measured neutralization solution;

Note: The standard concentration of sodium oxide (Na2O) in the neutralization solution is 0.2%~0.4%; the new neutralization solution does not need to be measured within 1 to 2 days of normal operations.
