1. Crucible furnace

2. Pool furnace

Advantages: large production capacity, high fuel heat utilization rate; simple equipment operation; relatively stable enamel melting quality;

Disadvantages: Only suitable for the production of a single type of enamel. If you want to change the type of enamel, you must clean it thoroughly and gradually transition from shallow to deep, so as not to affect the color and internal quality of the enamel, which is more troublesome.

 

Three, converter

Advantages: large production capacity, large heating area, easy temperature adjustment, low labor intensity. Because the converter keeps rotating during the melting process, it can continuously stir the batch materials, so the melting effect is good;

Disadvantages: high noise, short service life of furnace lining, lower heat utilization rate than pool furnace.

 

Four, electric melting furnace

Domestic and foreign enamel and frit enterprises have gradually adopted full-capacitor tank furnaces and electric booster furnaces. The use of all-electric furnaces is the development direction of enamel frit preparation;

advantage:

1. With cold furnace top, the comprehensive heat utilization rate is as high as 75%, and there is no need to set up a waste heat recovery system, which reduces the cost;

2. The all-electric fusion enamel frit tank furnace has high production efficiency, close to 3t (㎡•d); low energy consumption, only 0.9kw;

3. The volatile fluoride only accounts for 2%~4.5% of the total, no pollution;

4. Low maintenance cost;

5. The full electric furnace is automatically controlled, with less labor and automation.
