Second, the pour dipping method is suitable for enamel pots, plates, dishes and other shallow-shaped enamel products with color separation inside and outside.

Operation method: 1. Use the dipping method to enamel the color enamel on the outside; 2. After drying and cooling, brush the dipping enamel on the inside; 3. Quickly pour the blank after clamping, and use the enamel slurry inside; .

Operation requirements: 1. When dipping the outer enamel slurry of the enamel, there shall be no accumulated enamel slurry at the edge and lower edge, and the enamel slurry of the enamel body shall not flow, so as to avoid defects such as shrinkage of the edge and bottom edge, edge bubble, zigzag shape, etc.; 2. Pouring When lining the inner enamel paste, the enamel paste at the bottom center and edges and corners should not be too thick, so as to avoid powder lines and pattern lines.

Third. The immersion dipping method is suitable for enamel cups, barrels, pots, pots and other deep-shaped enamel products with color separation inside and outside.

Operation method: 1. Push the body by hand, so that the mouth is quickly scraped from the surface layer of the enamel slurry so that the inside is flushed into the enamel slurry; 2. Quickly turn and pull to make the inside enamel evenly; 3. Grind off with a screen or use a sponge Wipe off the remaining pulp on the edge, and after drying, brush the outside with enamel; 4. Immerse all the outside in the enamel slurry and make it evenly enamel. There are also enamels that can be enameled directly on the outside without drying.

Operation requirements: 1. When rinsing the inner enamel slurry, the bottom should not be too thick to avoid powder lines; 2. The powder accumulated in the edge gap should be cleaned to avoid defects such as edge bubbles and zigzag; 3.
