The technical requirements for cast iron enamel semi-finished products include the technical requirements for cast iron blanks and cast iron enamel frits, as follows:

(1) Technical requirements for cast iron blanks

The thickness difference of thin-walled cast iron castings cannot exceed 100%; after sanding, the cast iron shawl is not allowed to have defects such as blisters, slag inclusions and obvious perforations and breaks; no moiré structure is allowed on the inner surface; no gap greater than 2mm is allowed on the edge; The surface of the blank is not allowed to have knots (knots that cannot be removed by sand grinding) or sand-packed (cavities).

(2) Technical requirements for cast iron enamel frit

The glossy cast iron base coat is blue-black glossy frit, brushed without knots. Matte cast iron ground coat (excluding semi-melted white ground coat) is gray-yellow or gray-white frit, and 10 to 20 knots are allowed within 1m of wire drawing.

The cast iron cover coat is brushed without knots. Different types of white enamel and color enamel have different appearance and colors, but they are all bright frit.
